Depending on the body generally 8-10 sessions are recommended. Results vary and are best with the first 6 consistent sessions at regular intervals. 

Pre-Treatment Cautions:

- Skin must be clean and free of makeup, lotions, oils, deodorant, tanning products,

   numbing cream, etc. Products left on the skin may cause the Laser to act

   in- adversely.

- Avoid activities that increase body temperature for at least 2 hours before

  treatments. 

- The treatment area must be clean-shaven 24 - 48 hours prior to treatment. 

- Discontinue Accutane (Isotretinoin) 6 months prior to treatment. 

- Avoid receiving natural fillers 4-6 weeks before treating in the area. 

- Do not use Retinol A for 5 days prior to the treatment. 

-Try to wear loose clothing depending on the area of treatment.

  Post Treatment Cautions:

- Shower with Caution and avoid saunas and hot tubs for first 24-48 hours.

- No excessive exercising for first 24-48 hours.

- No aggressive exfoliants for at least a week.

- Avoid sunlight, use good SPF sunscreen always. 

- Avoid applying cosmetics on the treated areas first 24-48 hours.

- Avoid tanning on the treated areas for at least a week.

- Avoid fragrant or perfumed products and deodorants to the treated area for at least a week.

- Do not use Retinol A for 5 days after treatment.

- Avoid tight clothing, boots, heated seats, etc. The body needs time to cool down after treatment to avoid complications.

- If redness, swelling, or itching continues, use restorative Gel like Aloe. Do not use ice.
