New Client Information
- All clients will require a consultation prior to laser services. This does NOT, include basic facial services such as skin resurfacing. Assessment for facial services is included in the allotted appointment times
- Please refer to the FAQ for pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
- All consultations require clients to complete assessment paperwork. We will go through this with you at your consultation. This information is compiled to assist in determining if you’re a good candidate for laser treatment. Note information may also be utilized for legal and insurance purposes if required. You do not need to complete an assessment for every follow-up service. We will verify with you if you have any changes to your original paperwork, i.e. Medications, etc.
- Our technicians are not medically trained Drs. or Nurses and can’t discuss or diagnose your concerns. You should seek guidance from a doctor prior to booking a treatment session, especially for pigmentation concerns.
- When appointments are booked online, a confirmation and a reminder will be sent thereafter. Please remember to confirm your appointment. If you can’t make your appointment, you can reschedule online, text, or call us with 24 hours' notice.
- Parents, if you require, we can treat clients as young as 14 years old, but we do not have child-sized safety goggles. We will require that a parent or guardian attend the initial consultation and sign a parental consent form for your child.
- Unfortunately, we can’t permit more than one person in our treatment room at one time. Please do not bring children with you to your appointment. Your driver, family or friends, etc. must return to pick you up at the end of your appointment time, there is no waiting room on our premises. You are not allowed to bring people with you to watch the service, as our technician needs to fully concentrate on your treatment process, without distractions.
- The consult is booked for 15 minutes. Please plan to arrive 5 to 10 mins early. Our treatment room is located inside Passion Nail Lounge. Walk through the nail treatment area and wait on the bench/chair provided. Please do not enter the room until you are invited in, as treatments may be in process.
